What is the process of installing artificial pet turf once you call us?
First, one of our consultants will call you and schedule a time that is most convenient. We understand everyone is working harder these days, and we want to make your experience with us as easy as possible.
We will also ask you some preliminary questions about your home, your pets, and your family so we may provide personalized service.
We will then meet with you in a timely manner. It is important for us to view your yard, look at the access, slopes, trees, sprinklers, and planters that may be a hindrance. If you have sprinklers, our installers will cut and cap them at no additional charge. We do recommend cutting and capping the main line at the valve.
If trees or plants need removal, we can discuss that, as well as any design features you may desire, or we may suggest. We really like to “repurpose” and enhance your yard, as opposed to a strictly utilitarian installation.
We also offer hardscape services now such as slab work, fountains, fire pits, roc infill and decomposed granite. We want your yard to be beautiful as well as safe and functional for your pets.

Our products are certified tested. Though we have access to a great many products, we are one of the largest installers of Tencate Tiger Turf on the market, including Tencate’s Tiger cool products, which remain 10-15% cooler than other turf yarns.
We thrive on referrals; they are the lifeblood of our business, and we appreciate each client. Though we strive to be perfect, human error sometimes happens. We never leave a job until our client is completely satisfied with their pet turf installation.
We also don’t piecemeal jobs, as many artificial turf contractors do. Once we’re on the job, we stay on your project through completion.
